what's your glitch, man?
Ah, Reality Bites. What a fine cinematic accomplishment. What's YOUR glitch?

Anyway, there was indeed some kind of weird publishing glitch between Blogger and our hosting company and the universe at large, but everything's fixed now. I highly, highly recommend Liquidpages. Its tech support people are fabulously responsive, and even though they didn't solve this problem (which wasn't their problem anyway), they were really cool and helpful about it.

So here's why I won't be voting for John Edwards in next year's primary:

A couple weeks from now, on the 4th of July, folks all over this country will line our streets to thank God and our forefathers for this remarkable dream called America. ... For more than 200 years, our country has been propelled by this single, powerful idea: that all Americans should have the opportunity to rise as far as their hard work and God-given potential can take them.

That's from a commencement speech he gave recently. What's up with all the blatantly sexist and religious stuff, John? Aren't you supposed to be a Democrat? It's a shame, because I like the rest of the speech. But I can't deal with that kind of unconscious "thank God and our forefathers" stuff, even in PR fluff. Plus, his name is just awfully close to JonaTHAN Edwards, and that freaks me out in a "Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God" kind of way.
