Anthrax. Not to be alarmist, but this is scary, and I don't know that I believe this is Terrorists with a capital T. I think there is a distinct possibility that these are wackos of the home-grown variety, non-Taliban members, people-with-no-point-other-than-to-scare-the-hell-out-of-everyone.
