Stupid Dental Situation Update #1: Have an appointment with old family dentist on Friday morning. Am additionally annoyed because this might mean I can't go to fun drum corps thing with Harlan and Alissa Friday night, but not sure yet so will not worry about it now. Started impressive new dental hygeine regimen last night before bed. Gained perspective on situation by hearing others' horror stories about root canals, crowns, thumb-screws, etc. Feeling relatively calm. I ate gross mall Chinese food for lunch today, and my fortune said "You are full of hopes about your future." I wonder if the Chinese fortune cookie people could tell me what those hopes might be specifically so I could direct my hoping energies accordingly...
