Look, I remembered this week -- the Friday Five.

1. What is your favorite time of year?
Fall and the beginning of winter.

2. What is it about your favorite season that, well, makes it your favorite season?
After the long summer, that first whisper of chill in the air is incredible. The first time it's appropriate to wear a sweater, falling leaves, etc., etc., etc.

3. What is your least favorite time of year? Why?
Probably the end of the summer -- the humidity of July and August -- but I've always thought February was the worst month of the year. (Look, two Dar references in one sentence.)

4. Do you do anything to celebrate or recognize the changing of seasons?
Only in my own head, although some of the Jewish holidays coincide with them nicely.

5. What's your favorite thing to do outside?
Can sea kayaking be my answer if I've only done it once?
